Nollywood Actress, Rosy Meurer took to Instagram to reveal she has registered for her Permanent Voters’ Card from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

It’s no news that the temporary card issued after registration has a section where Date of Birth and age is imputed.



Her followers were quick to notice her age and they suspected it to be reduced to ward off the pressure of being advised to get married quick.

A 34-year-old man named Nnamdi Ethelbert Ogidi has been arrested by men of the Nigerian Police for kidnapping and raping old women in Imo State. He was apprehended on May 23, while negotiating a N20 million ransom for a victim, 74-year-old Regina Nkwocha. The suspect, popularly known as Bori, reportedly told the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the state police command, that his gang had kidnapped many persons, including 15 old women. The police were unable to arrest other members of the gang as they ran away. According reports, he said; “I am from Imo state and after dropping out of senior secondary school, I learnt how to become a mechanic.
